Easy to use/clean
Very easy to install - just lift up the grill grates - makes cleaning up a lot easier (just trow it in the washing machine) and prevents flare ups.A+

Useful but overpriced.
Manifold shield is decent quality and fits the Gravity Series nicely...however, at the price they charge, it is definitely overpriced for what you get.I'm happy with mine, but if I had to do it again, I probably wouldn't pay that price

Dangerous
The edges of the metal are extremely sharp. Cleaning it I cut my middle finger knuckle very deeply. I wasn’t being careless just using a scraper to clean it and my hand slipped. If the manufacturers read this you need to bevel all the edges of this item because your customers will hurt themselves.It’s also very expensive, not the main complaint but still.On the plus side it does what it’s supposed to, hold trays above the manifold to minimise grease etc. dripping onto it.
