Normally I use real vanilla versus artificial vanilla. But there are times when you want pure white or no extra coloring added to your dessert. Such in the case of white frosting. This gives your white buttercream frosting a nice flavor without adding any color to it. It's also great in cookies and even milkshakes. It has a smooth mellow vanilla flavor. It's not overpowering and it doesn't have that strange aftertaste. I would definitely buy it again.

I have been searching for clear vanilla for a year and never thought of Amazon to buy it, but I did and I made white cupcakes with vanilla frosting and I LOVE this vanilla. You will love the flavor too because it has a true vanilla taste and it is clear so my frosting was white. I dusted my cupcakes with this gold dust for frosting to make them special. No regrets with this vanilla and will buy it again when I run out. I make a lot of cookies for different Holidays and now I can make a ton of different colors that won’t have a brown tinge to them from my other vanilla extract. Thank you for making my day!

This clear vanilla is just as flavorful as their biggest competitor. For a great price and no allergy concerns, it is well worth the purchase!

Good to have clear vanilla extract if you want that exact white cakes or frosting using vanilla. Taste is fairly good.

Good for cream cheese icing or foods that you don’t want to change the color with dark vanilla.

I sometimes make my grams whoopie pies. Following her hand written recipe yet the filling did not look right, was not white like i remeber, but off white or tan. My sister suggested maybe our gram bought clear vanilla. Voila the filling came out with the right taste and more importantly not a tan color.

I love cooking using the clear favor with some dishes.
