Quality Mason Bee House
Beautifully constructed at an awesome price. I've been wanting to add a mason bee home to our garden for some time and this spring made it happen. Don't be afraid of ordering online - much better quality than ones you often see at chain stores. The ability to replace the disposable nesting tubes is a real plus as opposed to ones with fixed tubes that can harbor disease and pests harmful to the bees.

Good For Attracting Mason Bees
Well made rain repellent and easy to install. Natural appeal. Looks great in the garden.

Great Mason Bee home !
Works well, size is great and no assembly needed and looks great.. Had some mason bees in a bamboo windchime and wanted to offer them a better home so I hung this beside it. A week later they were as happy as I was with the purchase it seems 😊

Works well, but short tubes, top seam opens with rain.
The bees loved it and filled the tubes, but these tubes are shorter than the standard 6 inch tube, so you'll need to locate odd-size tubes. I do like the larger diameter tubes supplied with the structure. The thing is not waterproof so the wood separates on the top seam in your first season, leaking rainwater into the tube area which is a bad thing.

Second Bee House from Pollibee
This is our second PolliBee House. The first one lasted a couple of years but it was not properly secured and it fell numerous times leading to damage that could not be properly repaired. Ultimately, it succumbed to rot (as wood is prone to do in the NE FL region, given the prodigious amounts of rain, high humidity and intense sun we get here. The new house has been more thoroughly secured this time. We did see a decent amount of mason bee activity at the original bee house and believe that the residents did a good job helping to pollinate the numerous fruit trees, plants and vegetables we have on our property. We cannot imagine what more one could expect from such a structure and thus we are compelled to provide a 5 star review 😁There may be some benefit to also having the type of soil/clay that mason bees use to aid them in their nesting efforts but we have yet to explicitly supply such materials. We have been relying on the bees to find these particular resources from the area themselves. The availability of which may lead to differing levels of mason bee nesting activity.

Super cute product
My sister bought one of these in England and showed me a video of a little bee using it.Had to have one. Apparently in the States they are called Carpenter bees and need somewhere safe to lay their eggs. Adorable little bee house comes with instructions on how to use, and how to store safely in winter.I think it's a great little project for a family with young children or for any nature lovers that enjoy all little critters. to set up and get close to nature and give the bees a safe place in our gardens to live.

Not what the bees like
The bees do not like the diameter of the tubes this house has. I have gotten barely any bees making their mud nests in them. The other bees houses I have that are not this variety have gotten so much nesting tubes filled. Not impressed with this bee house.

Might be a good product but not enough tubes - they just fall out - Seller doesn't repond
I really was hoping to like this product, but I started off with a bad experience. Basically you are buying a house open on one end that is filled with paper tubes. My plan was to hang the house on a hook under my deck. However, in opening the box, I tipped the house slightly forward as I looked at it and tubes just started falling out, making me think if the box got buffeted in the wind, the tubes would just fall out en masse. This wouldn't be so much of a problem if the seller packed the open part of the box more tightly with tubes (or gave you extra ones - I'd say box was about 10 short) or maybe bundled tubes with rubber bands to help keep them together.Anyway, this product might be fine if you nail it to surface, but I doubt it will (with too few tubes) hold up well to being hung with the provided string.I am returning the product but will say I am disappointed with seller POLIBEE - I wrote via email to telling them of the problem and asked that they send me some more tubes so I could better pack the box. Even though they said they'd get back in a day, I still haven't heard from them after nearly 2 weeks.Disappointed!PS After submitting this review, the seller eventually responded and offered me a new beehouse, which arrived quickly. The good news is that it came as it should have originally - the space was solidly filled with tubes that were bundled together with elastic bands so they would all stay put. I'm glad to have to have the house sent to me the way it should have been originally, and I hope others receive the house with tubes solidly packed in.I don't feel I should change my review, in that the seller sent a product in a condition they pretty obviously could lead to problems. I hope others don't have this problem and hope my review improves the performance of the seller going ahead. It is otherwise a good product.
