Great customer service
The gift came very quickly but the inscription was not visible. I contacted customer service right away they sent me a replacement. Beautiful office gift! The recipient loved it

Nice product but disappointed with the engraving
Nice product but disappointed with the engraving The digital clock and pen holder itself is sleek and functional, and I like the overall design. However, I was disappointed with the engraving. The text is extremely tiny and barely visible, which defeats the purpose of personalizing it. Also, there was a typo in the engraving — “work” was written as “wirk.” I’m not sure if that was my mistake when ordering, but I would have appreciated the seller reaching out to confirm before proceeding. Overall, it’s a nice product, but the engraving was a letdown.

I gave the overall rating of 4 stars because the engraving is very light, it hard to see in direct light. I don't know if this is something that will improve with the age of the item. If not they should consider using black engraving to make the wording stand out.
