Easy to use
The item fits well in the hand, and the curve and grooves make rolling gnocchi and related pasta quick and easy. Just be sure to flour the board before rolling or if the flour wears off, and you'll find it the easiest method ever.

Easy to use
This was a game changer for making gnocchi! I always some a little bit with the fork. This offered a more uniform product.

Nothing fancy! Works great! A little hard work and you have delicious handmade pasta!

Grooves too small and not deep enough
Grooves are too close together so the ridges on the gnocchi are almost non-existent. I would prefer deeper and wider grooves or better yet, two different sized grooves, one on each side of the tool.
