I want to purchase this for an 2007 honda odyssey ex-l which has a factory 6 cd changer. can this be installed without disabling the cd changer?

Hi Sue,It won't disable the CD changer. All it does is using the same circuit. By pressing on the CD/AUX button more than once you'll be switching between each function, which prevents disabling any.

The key is to have the CD/AUX bottom in the front...meaning you will have a PIN connector ready to plug and play under the radio. I would check first the PIN connector that you radio is equipped and then see if this product is compatible. In my 07 accord this product did not give me the best sound quality...too much buzz noise (like static interference)
