I bought it for the thermogenic factor and as a coffee substitute. First, there are no mixing instructions on the package so I went with the basic 1 scoop to 8oz of water. The smell is fine but the taste is a little odd to me, so maybe it’s just my container. It definitely has a blue raspberry flavor to it but also something else. The taste reminds me of the smell of modeling clay. I know that sounds weird but it makes it a little harder to drink. Like I said, maybe it was just my container and everyone else’s is better.

I thought I might enjoy this product, but their filler must be broken. I barely got half a jar. Of course the comeback is we fill by weight not by volume. And in that case they should put it in a little tiny jar. The biggest thing in the jar was the keep dry pad. Disappointing.

I’ve been doing cycles with transform for almost a year now. I’ve tried a few others here and there but I always come back to transform. It replaces my cup of morning coffee gives me great energy and the other supplements in the blend give a noticeable mood boost. The taste is definitely strong so if you like blue raspberry that’s not a problem but I believe that’s the only flavor it comes in so if you don’t like the flavor or it’s too strong just water it down some. As far as the fat burning It’s not going to do anything by itself you still have to combine it with regular exercise and healthy diet. And it is a thermogenic fat burner I can definitely feel myself sweating a bit more when I’m on it lol
