This is a lightweight iron-on (fusible) interfacing. Please note that Tee-shirt fabric is stretchy, interfacing is not stretchy.

Q: what's the fabric content, polyester or cotton?

100% polyester, it's great for knits, wovens, & sheer garments. I use it on cotton fabric for masks.It's very lightweight. I like 906F. It's a little more like featherweight.
