Two of the same letter
What a cute gift idea. Bummer there were to G's (goose) and no L. Did realize it until the recipient opened the gift and noticed it herself.

Came missing a letter.
Came without one of the letters - apparently this is a known problem because it comes with a "if you are missing a letter" instructions. Quality care should be a lot better.

Rod not as expected in pics
it’s fine for the price. The rod came broken, customer service was great and a new rod was sent out. The rods are made too short for the width of the felt piece, as shown. If I push it through you can’t see it. The pink string it came with is very short and I’m tying it onto the new rod myself. I was expecting a better product, but for the money, it’s fine.
