Q: Can I use these ramps with the Midwest cat enclosure?

Yes, these ramps go well with the enclosure. I used it to isolate a new kitten from other dominant cats while I was at work. I also used it to isolate the new cat when it was time to be fixed. It was a great way not to have the water and food on the floor level with the litter box. You can get the metal bowls that secure on the rails of the cage. One level for the fodd the last level for sleeping. Kittens also love the hammocks to sleep in.

Q: Can it handle two or three cats?

I'm not sure what your definition of handle means. If you mean can it fit 3 cats the answer is yes. If you mean what I recommend for an extended amount of time, I recommend no more than 2 cats at one time but that's my opinion, others may be different.

Q: Is it roomy enough to fit a big litter box at the bottom and still have space for my cat to move around freely??

It depends on the size of the litterbox and the size of the cat. A medium size litterbox (like around 14x18 max) would work and kitty would still have some room to lay or sit on the floor. I think you would need to make use of the shelves so that the cat doesn't lose overall horizontal space. Kitty then has more options to to move around and not be face to face with the litterbox. Something else to think about is where you would place food and water dishes. They will take up space on the floor of the kennel, of course, which takes away the cat's room to comfortably stretch out on the floor. I use my cage for Foster kittens, or a queen and her kittens, until they are stable enough on their feet and using a litterbox consistently. After that they are allowed to roam in a small room I use for fosters. I have food and water dishes that hang on the sides of the cage, but I'm not crazy about them. They don't work well for the kittens, because they are so little they can't quite get their little faces in there. That plus they are such messy eaters at the gruel stage I'm constantly pulling and replacing dishes. Adult cats are probably fine with the height and placement of the cage mount dishes.
