12 Sheet Cross-Cut Shredder

Arrived on time. Performance meets our expectations. No complaints with this shredder!

Only filled it up once, it isn't working, but can't return it. Only have a month, but that really isn't enough time to see how a shredder works. Now I'm stuck with a paper weight. I will not recommend, and I think certain items should have a longer return policy. It isn't jammed. It's as if it's unplugged. No response at all, even in reverse. Nothing. Would give no stars for no action if I could.

It is eight OK paper shredder not very strong quite a bit noisy I'm I don't know how long it's gonna last I've had it a month and it's it's still working but I don't know

Tough time with 12 pages. Heats up pretty fast, then you have to let it cool down, Works well on credit cards.Customer service is about the worst I have ever seen. Wrote me an e-mail with the wrong name on it, then mispelled my name when I corrected them.

Smaller in size than our last shredder, but it certainly does the job. The basket is very easy to empty and because of the smaller size, I'm more apt to keep up with our shredding. I would recommend this shredder without hesitation.

Outstanding Product. It Exceeded my expectations for the price. It was shipped and delivered as promised. No complaints at all here.

Works as advertised. Strains a little with 12 sheets (slows down slightly) but does a good job.

This shredder does not shred 12 pieces of paper at once. At the most it does three sheets and shuts off within a minute or so after shreddding a few sheets. It overheats and must wait 30 minutes or so for it to turn on again. Not worth the effort or the time involved. I will shred by hand much faster and certainly less noise and aggravation.
