I had purchased a phone mount for my car and received it on Friday, on Saturday while installing it I broke it. Please understand that all the parts where working when they came but, in my haste, I broke one of the pieces. I called on Saturday expecting to get an answering machine.... I did not I got a wonderful gentleman whose name Amazon won't let me use here so let's just call him Gab F. I explained that the product came working and that I broke it. He took care of it under warranty and had it shipped out to me with in a couple of days. It is now holding up my phone in my work van. The mount is very nice, but it is a commodity, the real step up here is in their customer service, it is top notch. Well done.

Clean suction pads with dampened microfiber cloth when new. Without doing so, the mount will hold for only a few hours. With damp treatment it has been solid for months.

This arm moves all over the place. I have an Galaxy a71 and I'm really blown away at how the phone doesn't shake or move once you position it.
