Ottimo prodotto e davvero utile, specialmente se si hanno ridotti piani di appoggio in cucina: ho già usato le griglie diverse volte da quando le ho, le considero uno dei miei acquisti più indovinati. Le griglie sono stabili, si impilano perfettamente. Si può scegliere di appoggiarle su un piano con i sostegni ripiegati (comodo per esempio se si usano per glassare, appoggiandole all'interno di una teglia) o con i sostegni aperti (più funzionale quando si appoggiano prodotti caldi che necessitano di un elevato ricircolo di aria per raffreddare più rapidamente). Sono perfette sia per far raffreddare cose piccole (frollini, gusci di Macarons) che grandi (basi biscuit per rotoli, dischi di Pan di Spagna, torte in generale). Tuttavia per le cose piccole mi trovo meglio a mettere sulla griglia direttamente il foglio di carta forno con sopra i biscotti, così li metto e li rimuovo una teglia alla volta anziché uno per uno. Il materiale è di ottima qualità, leggero e antiaderente. Si possono lavare in lavastoviglie, ma sono comode e semplici da pulire anche a mano. Quando sono riposte impilate con i sostegni ripiegati occupano poco posto. Sono arrivate accuratamente imballate. Servizio Amazon impeccabile come sempre. Just got it but looks perfect for a tiny kitchen

J'avais toujours des problèmes pour faire refroidir les petits gâteaux de l'avent ou les pâtes de fruits... 3 grilles rectangulaires qui se superposent, le problème est résolu, elles sont bien stables et l'écartement des grilles est parfait. Je recommande pour le rapport qualité prix

I make a LOT of cookies. But I have a teeny tiny kitchen, and cooling them has always been a problem. I used to have to cover the dining room table with wax paper and cool them there, which isn't ideal because they don't cool as quickly and tend to sweat a bit on the bottom. These racks fold up nicely for storage, and are super easy to stack. They're sturdy enough that I don't worry about the rack falling over, and when the bottom rack is cool I just pull it out, store the cookies, and put the empty rack on top for the next batch coming out of the oven. I just wipe them down to clean them, so I'm not sure how they would hold up to the dishwasher, but the coating makes them easy enough to clean by hand that I doubt I'll ever try it. I'm very happy with this set.
