Worked ok
I did not realize these were for a laser printer. I do not own one! I am old fashioned and still hand write these out. Haha luckily I had carbon paper saved from last year! :)

Not Quickbooks compatible!
Listing says they are compatible, but the data is not aligned with the boxes. Recipient's name and address not in the mailing address part, so cannot mail them. Sending them back for refund!!

Great forms.
We use Quickbooks Desktop and these worked great to process the forms. We are a very small office and do our own reporting so it was very important to find a form that would work for us. I highly recommend these forms.

Missing Forms
I ordered two packages of these and one came with no Copy B. This is unusable.
