HELPS EXERCISE ANKLES AND FEET IN A SINGLE LOCATION WHERE YOU WON'T TRIP!

These inflatable discs are great to challenge your balance. I bought 2 so I could put one under each foot. I have them on the floor between 2 counters so I can catch myself if I lose my balance. They have been helpful for my strengthening program to build my coordination, endurance and balance on 1 foot and 2 feet in various positions, like lunge position, one foot directly in front of the other and wide to the side. I think it would be fun to have several and use them like stepping stones to challenge my balance and coordination even more. Dr. Kathleen M.
