I'm under no illusion. This meter will not be winning any technical, accuracy, or usage awards. However, for the price, and when you just need something that will do the job (provided *you* know what you are doing). This will work.The case it comes with is actually not too shabby!The probes are basic, but it comes with several so it has everything you need.If you are doing anything professionally, dont get this... But if you are need an occassional L/C reading as a hobbyist or a DIY home (AC capacitor check pictured above!).. it's GREAT! Keep it around the house! You'll be glad you have it when you need it.(Oh yes, good for HAM radio inductance tuning too!).

This meter is a good buy if you don't want to spend a lot of money on a true professionnal benchtop meter.I test it against a very good meter and the readings were in line most of the time,or quite close.So it's good enough for my limited use.If you want something really better,maybe try looking for a second hand benchtop meter.They are costly but more precise and more versatile too.

2 of the 4 accessory clips show in the product description were missing (alligator clips and short leads). Works as expected, however construction a bit flimsy. Flip up screen detents do not work well and acreen falls flat.

It is accurate and worth for the money.
