Why does the packaging say "do not use impact driver" and it does not state that in the description on amazon? do they make them for impact drivers?

It will damage your jack, from personal experience. I used one right when I got my camper and two times later the jack has an extra two inches of screwing before activation. Impact drivers don't work with a gear so much as hit it in a circle, this causes rapid impacts on the item, this is useful if you are trying to unstick a bolt or unscrew a nut with a spinning bolt, but with a jack it loosens the packing nut that moves the jack down the screw. so now i get to do an extra 10 rotations each way to raise or lower.
