Our cat is a greedy bugger who loves to hoover up his food as fast as he can, but then tries to eat from the bowl of the other cat, who is a much slower eater. We got this bowl in a effort to slow him down and it works, when we’re watching him closely. He’s figured out that the other cat has the “easy” bowl and tries to get it but as long as we’re watching he slinks back to his own bowl and eventually just gets on with his food (as you can see from the photo)!

This did slow the cats eating down, which was the purpose of buying it. Unfortunately the cat made such a mess when eating, I was constantly sweeping up hard bit food.

My cat wasn't keen on it at first but she got use to it, it has stop her from scoffing her food down. Best thing I bought so far for my cat.
