Performs Exactly As Advertised
I have been using these pedals for 50+ hours of gaming with no problems at all so far and should my opinion change in the future, I will update my review. Specifically, I am using these for push-to-talk and leaning in Player Unknown's Battlegrounds. The previous reviews made me very skeptical of this product but because Amazon is so great with returns, I figured it was worth the gamble.Honestly, I have had a very enjoyable experience. Yes, the instructions are not the most perfectly translated, but the setup is so incredibly simple that I do not understand how anybody has had trouble. No need to use the included CD, I just went to the URL at the bottom of the instructions and downloaded their software. The Software that is used to program the pedals is perfectly straight forward and I have included a picture of how simple the user interface actually is.Without any issue at all, I plugged in the pedals, opened the software, assigned each pedal/key by simply clicking then typing the key, and clicked save. After doing this, because the key programmed is stored on the device itself, I was able to plug the pedals directly into another computer and it performed exactly as expected without the need to install the software on that computer. This means that you do NOT need to have this software running in the background ever. You need to run it once to program the device and then can uninstall it if you wish. The base and pedals are made of plastic, but still feel very solid and of a good build quality. The resistance of the spring is enough that I don't accidentally activate them but smooth enough that I can quickly use them. The pedals operate exactly as any keyboard key does. What I mean by this is, when holding down one of the pedals, it acts as if you were holding down the key. Meaning that when using Push-To-Talk or holding a lean in a shooter, it performs as it should. I have seen other switches that would send multiple commands when trying to hold but not these, these pedals are a perfect extension to your keyboard.I personally have not experienced any of the issues that i saw in the other reviews. The programming through the software was simple and had no issues. My computer recognized the device immediately and has not disconnected a single time since I began using it. For $40, I really don't think you're going to find another set of pedals that work this well and are this affordable.I highly recommend these! Don't let the negative reviews discourage you. I'm glad I didn't. This device deserves 5 stars!

Push Pedal
Product arrived prompt but the literature was not helpful and I was stuck Amazon support had no joy either so we were left with contacting the sellerThe seller responded in super quick time and I managed to get the software for the pedalsSo for customer service 4/5 -1 for the poor literature with the productPedals themselves are cracking they feel firm and solid, although plastic they feel sturdy enough and for the last couple of weeks I have used them regular in my gaming 5/5I did leave an interim review explaining how frustrating the initial experience was and as promised I have upgraded that due to the swift response by the seller and the usefulness of the product, all in all a solid 4.5/5 for me

Really good with some small flaws
Still five stars, if you need more than one pedal and even if you only need one the extra stability helps. The flaws ?1.The "controller mode" (X-Input) does not seem work on this device, even though the (windows only) application seem to imply it does.2. The app is a little tricky to use and is windows only - basically do ONE change at a time, top to bottom, do not attempt to do all three pedals in one go. Also only ONE HID can be active at a time - you have to choose keys, media or mouse, mixes do not seem to work reliably.Everything else is great - media controls, keyboard keys and macros. One setup it persists. I have even successfully used it on X-Box series.

They get the job done, however...
Ultimately they do a fine job if you're looking for a simple "press this, do that" experience, though for heavy or more specific usage you may find it to be a struggle. The quality of the product itself is good enough, certainly gets the job done albeit feeling a little creaky and flimsy at times, though it'll spend a majority of its time static on the floor so that isn't a major issue. The main drawback at this time is the software, which while functional does seem to need a revamp, new UI, better functionality overall. Note that other programs may not pick up on the input from the software that comes with this product, so you may need to look into alternative workarounds. For my usage (that being managing my livestreams while hands are occupied), they get the job done (albeit with additional scrips & software)

The software is a little dodgy but nothing that you cannot overcome.
They work fairly well but they are plastic . I will be happy if they last a year. . They move around a bit and so I might mount then to wieghted board. The software is easy to use but becarful. A short time after I installed it I was prompted to install what looked like a fake Windows update. Do not do so, it may be maleware. I did not use the disc that came with it rather i downloaded the latest version using the link provided in the basic but concise written instructions. The Software it self is pretty good. You can set the pedals to work to replace keyboard strokes or mouse actions. I left them set to the default a b and c on the keyboard and made those keys the in the COD Warzone the keys for what I wanted to accomplish. Install Plates for letter A, inventory for B and mount weapon for C. I may change that but this is for starters. It definately improves game play.
