This is better than any lidocaine patch!! Long lasting and amazing. I have a bad hip and back. Ive had injections, burning of the nerve and everything pain management had to offer but. NOTHING works as well as these do. We'll worth the cost. If I could give more stars I would!!

Been using since 2019. Provides relief years after a severe foot injury and surgical repair. I trim it to stretch across the bridge of the foot then wrap with elastic bandage overnight. I also cut it down to smaller strips for use on arthritic finger joints, also under elastic bandage overnight. Check with your chiropractor or similar whether it’s suitable for you.
