How does this work for oily skin?

It worked well under mineral powder, but not alone. It's on the same level as the NYX BB cream, but slightly more greasy at the end of the day.

I have fair skin, will this be too dark?

This actually comes in 3 shades. I don't know if they are available here, or if they are only selling the medium shade. You can see them on the Pacifica website. One, shade #11, is very light, fair, & I purchased that one. This formula is so light/ sheer.. Then shade #6 is medium, and I tried that and it seemed like it would accommodate a large range of skin tones, though still too dark for me. There is a 3rd shade which is dark corresponding to the darkest shades in other BB Creams, but equally sheer. Unless you are going to purchase #11, the fairest shade, I think the other 2 shades will be too dark for fair skin. I couldn't wear the medium, but I would not mind to buy a tube of it to mix with the fair (Fair = #11). Still, the Fairest shade is nice on its own.
