22 Strings LEVER Harp Metal LEVERS Free Carrying Case

It was constructed poorly, and I shipped it back the same day. I would be embarrassed to play this instrument in public.

Beautiful harp but the tuning tool was stripped when it came. I had my harp teacher look at it to make sure why it wouldn't fit the tuning tips. Where can I get a tuning tool that fits and is not stripped? Thank you

I would have expected that the instrument would have been tuned before it was shipped. It was not which was very disappointing. And there were no instructions on tuning the instrument even though the tool was included to tighten the strings and change the pitch using the tool.
