I was surprised how good these were. I used them with fresh mozzarella. Delicious!!

If anyone says theirs came broken or leaking they’re lying! Extremely well packaged. Very tasty, it’s pricy but definitely worth the try.

It has a delicious flavor, very high quality it a little pricey but well worth it. Delicious on sandwiches, pizzas, and pasta.

I used these on pizza and the flavor was a good contribution. However, I had to scrape a lot of heavy olive(?) oil off of them and blot even more off with paper towels. Difficult to extract just one or two once the oil has solidified in the fridge. I think I will keep looking for dry packed sun-dried peppers as I've found that more convenient for sun-dried tomatoes.

I have bought these 3x and ordered 2x to send to my son in LA. We discovered these from specialty sub shop where we live in south florida and had to ask the owner where did he get these peppers. By far they are amazing. We use them specialized subs.. we use them for certain Italian pasta dishes that want these type of peppers...these are not easy to come by. Are they expensive.. yes.. but well worth it for people that really want that extra flavor that you won't find in regular stores. Highly recommend.

I was so excited to try these as stores do not sell them and they should!. Mine were wrapped very well in bubble wrap and tape. Very taste like these more the sun dried tomatoes way better!!
