This kit brings essential fishing accessories and they are all great quality. The fishing pliers is the first most important and mostly used when out fishing. You can use to cut the line and to take off the hook from a razor teeth biting fish. This plier seems ok. The design is simple and easy to use. The carrying pouch is cheap but works. Hopefully the salt water doesn’t rust it off. The split ring snips are good because they are small and handy. It is light weight and can also cut line if you need it for that. The handle is plastic and comfortable. The cutting pliers seems heavy duty the handle Is strong and so is the cutting blade. This can cut through some thick wire or line. The lip gripper seems well made. Has a non slip rubber material on the top handle part and it is also a fish scale. The rubberized gloves are ok. They are like the cheapOnes you can get at the marina. They have a rubber coat on the palms and front side of the fingers. The rag seems good quality. Very smooth and quick to dry. It also brings a face cover which is pretty light and smooth as well. Easy to breathe in. Overall excellent quality kit for the price.

I love love love the pliers--I've used them over and over, and I liked them so much that I bought another stand-alone pair--one forward and one aft in the fishing boat. The lip-grippers are better than my previous set--the default setting is 'closed and clamped' so you're not going to slip and lose your fish. I haven't really used the snips--the pliers have line cutters on them, and I carry a knife anyways. The gloves are standard size--a touch small for my hands, but they will work in a pinch. I prefer to use the towel to grab the fish when de-hooking them--I've lost too many due to slips or managed to hook my finger, so I always use gloves or a small rag when taking the smaller fish off the line. Anyhow, it's a good kit, and even if you don't use all the tools, it's worth getting. I've used it every weekend this month. Also, the sheaths are thoughtfully designed to keep the tools secure, and the pliers come with a leash and a carabiner to keep them from going overboard.Overall, it's a great collection of useful things to take out fishing with you. Highly recommended.

My husband got this for his self he loves fishing and this kit has a lot of stuff for him to put in his tackle box well worth the buy.

The pliers, scissors, lib grabber, etc. are pretty good quality for this price. It’s nice that it comes with gloves, a towel and face mask. The face mask I wore on an entire trip and it was nice especially given this COVID time. Overall, I would recommend this Black Anchor set for it’s function and value.

I found this to be a great gift, to Myself, experienced, or to any aspiring fisherman. This contains, what I believe, everything you would need to make a day of fishing enjoyable and productive. The tools are nicely made, the gloves fit me perfectly ( size 11 shoe if you believe the old adage of shoe size and glove size). I can see, where this would make a beautiful gift to someone just starting out fishing and to the old-timer as well. This is a nice addition to my Tacklebox and with care, the tools should last a long time. Black Anchor has put some thought into assembling this accessory kit and it shows.
