Best gluten free pasta by far !
My wife is gluten intolerant and so we have tried all the non -wheat pastas out there. Most are ok but this one is much better. Made from Bronze dies so the extra roughness helps the sauce hang on. When cooked Al dente, they have a nice chew and hold up much better when eaten the next day. Give ‘em a try.

Wouldn't know it was gluten free
Hands down the best gluten free pasta I've ever had, great texture and didn't break apart when mixing into sauce. I used this in a baked Mac & cheese and this perfectly grabbed the sauce and held up in the oven with no hard as rocks dried out pieces anywhere. Tried one box and I'll be buying on the multipacks, I've missed real pasta so much and this tastes like the real thing.

Best premade Gluten Free pasta!
Love these. By far, the best gluten free pasta on the market. Reasonably priced and delicious. I like that they offer a variety of pasta types, and that they use color coding to differentiate their regular pasta packaging from their gluten free offerings.

Nice find
Very good pasta. Baked up a lot better than other GF pasta I've tried. No one knew the differnece.

Good tasting gluten free
I like these but don’t love them. Better than most gf I’ve tried but not as tasty as regular pasta.They take at least 15 minutes to cook so the estimate on the bag is wrong. Must be eaten right away after cooking and leftovers are not good so don’t cook extra for leftovers. I just bought my second batch so obviously like them enough!

These GF noodles have become a monthly reorder. Although I limit my pasta intake I truly love the texture and how well the pasta holds up w any sauce. In addition, the leftover are not soggy and fall apart like other brands. It’s maintains this shape and texture when rewarm. A must buy

Delicious
It’s been a long time since I’ve eaten actual wheat pasta so I don’t have much to compare it to. That said, I haven’t eaten pasta in a while because I haven’t liked the gf options. My main issue is that the somewhat good ones (mostly corn based) are just too slippery. The sauce doesn’t stick to them so the dish doesn’t feel cohesive.These ones, on the other hand, work great. Maybe it’s the addition of a small amount of brown rice? Whatever the case, the sauce sticks, yay! And they’re just quite satisfying. I like this shape in particular. A very nice noodle.
