I just soak it about 30 min. in slightly warm water with a little WOOLITE. Then dry it slightly with a hair dryer on a low setting. Never getting real close tho the cap. Making sure to keep its shape. Then just let room temperature do the rest. So far it has worked well for me.

The hat is not made with real fur. It is made with an imitation fur. The inside of that hat is quilted black and is quite warm. I hope this helped.

I had the same problem. Here is your answer. I'm also 7 1/8 fitted. I bought the medium. Fitted rather nicely. I keep my hair short (±1 inch) but when my hair got longer it started getting tight. Hope this helps.

It's fake. I wouldn't buy real fur for ethical reasons, and the price is too low to be anything but fake. The texture also makes it obvious that it's synthetic.
