Manufacturer is FRAUD
I have purchased this product in March 4th, 2022 with one year warranty from the manufacturer. And it stopped working after 7 months, so I have tried to reach the manufacturer, and they are not picking up the call and showing as invalid number. Luckily I had the ASURION Protection Plan and Asurion agent also tried to reach out the manufacturer but they are not picking up the call. Due to the ASURION Protection Plan, I have got the refund. Don't buy this product and don't trust this manufacturer WARRANTY. The Manufacturer is FRAUD.

Batter sprays outside the drum and making a mess
The urad dal started spray all outside the drum, looks like the stone angle or drum to stone size is not appropriate. End of cleaning the.kitchen double work

drum leaks and doesn’t run when rice is added, have to add 1 table spoon at a time slowly.
It worked fine initially but after just 1 year the drum leaks at the bottom into the motor and the motor runs slow when rice is added for grinding, doesn’t run when rice is added, have to add 1 table spoon at a time slowly, Total waste of money. I had ULTRA wet grinder for over 20 yrs bought from India, 220V 2 L grinder that’s why got it again, this time bought 110v one but completely useless. For $360, if it works for just a year, it’s a total waste, don’t buy this.
