Kan Breathe Lung E xerciser
having read the reviews of a few different types of lung exerciser i opted for the Kan Breathe, I read the instructions and watched the video, sad to say that this made no difference to my respirations, maybe i just did not have enough mucous. Glad that i never went for a much more expensive one. Because it never worked for me does not mean that it will not work for others. Sorry.

You will need a strong breath .
Thought this would be a great idea as suffer from asthma . Well to me is was a waste on money, even with the smallest ball I failed to blow it up. If you suffer from a really low breath out put don't bother to buy.

It only went and worked
I bought this for my 83 year old Dad who was recovering from pneumonia. He was looking for something to help clear clear mucus and help with his lung recovery. We started off with just 30 seconds twice a day. Everyday we increased by about 10 seconds until he was able to do a minute comfortably. Within a few days the mucus was coming up to the back of his throat as it said it would. This meant he was not having to cough as hard to get it out, (his throat was already sore) after 5 day he was able to do 1-2 minutes with ease. After 1 week the mucus had reduced and his breathing was improving. as well s using this device he would also twice a day do short walks around his room to also help strengthen his lungs and body strength. For us it does appear to be helping with his recovery. I would say keep at it twice a day, don't try to do too long if they can't do it. It is not an overnight cure but keeping at it you will see the difference hopefully as we have. Well worth the money. We used the big ball bearing.

Dissapointed
I was recomended this by my nurse for my bronchiecstasis as ive had several flare ups this year alone.Unfortunateley after trying 3 times a day over 2 weeks it didnt shift any mucus whatsoever.I would love a natural method like this but my lungs are quite bad so its back to the steroids and antibiotics for me.But good luck to all that have joy with this.
