Has anyone used these as practice locks for picking?

These are laughably easy to pick, especially with raking and zipping attacks. The biggest downside with this pack is that all the locks are the same

so would i bought a 3 pack.. do i get a total of 6 keys? and those 6 keys would all work with 3 locks?

No one wants to go to the hardware store...wait in line to get in and wait in line to have key(s) made during this time of COVID-19 particularly if you're over age 65 or immune compromised or both! So again, how many keys are included in a 3 pack? I bought ONE lock like this years ago and got two keys.

Are the pins all standard?

Yes, 4 standard pins. The lock I bought here from Amazon has particularly bad key bittting, opens upon just inserting a picking tool, no precise manipulation needed.

Does this fit a standard school locker?

It will fit, but this is a relatively low-security lock. It's fine if you have nothing valuable or important in the locker (such as textbooks or electronics), but there are much better locks (eg. Master Lock 185d) that will fit a standard school locker.
