Q: are you able to auto tilt these cameras from the parent unit?

No. I wouldn't buy this unit if I were you. If I could do it over again... I'd just go to babies r us don't mess with the seller. The product is horrible. Its what they call glaze advertisement. They completely mislead everyone with the 800ft range. If I'm not mistaken that's about a half a mile. Doesn't even get reception at 8 ft

Q: Are you able to switch screens if the cameras are in separate rooms? Also, are you able to hear both children if the screen isn't on one of them?

It is able to switch screens for cameras are in seperate rooms. But you can't hear both voice at same time. You may use the SCAN CAM function to switch cameras automatically in every 8 seconds to keep monitor your two children.

Q: Can I buy a longer power adapter for this? I want longer than the 6 feet.
