Does dct have the cooling feeling that other blistex products give?

Yes, it does have a cooling feeling, it is not as intense as other Blistex products. It is Formulated for more frequent, or daily use. Therefore it has less of a medicated feeling.

Why don't you send the correct products that you show and describe?

I always get what I order. You need to read the fine print; get out your tape measure and look to see what the actual measurement looks like when listed in the description, etc.

If it's hot, will it leak? Can I keep it in my pocket, in the summer?

I've been using this product for years and I keep one in my pants front pocket - while it may soften a bit when hot out, I've never had it melt or leak, but do make sure it's closed good.

Why didn't I get the spf 20 that I ordered?

Blistex stopped making this product with SPF. Looks like Amazon is still using older photos. I checked with Blistex and unfortunately, they only make SPF lip balm in a tube.
