OXO Good Grips Silicone Baking Cups, Multicolor 3 oz.(Pack of 12)

A silicone baking cup is, at face value, a very simple item. Most people wouldn't think such an uncomplicated product could be improved upon. OXO re-engineered silicone baking cups with thoughtful, streamlined upgrades and the result is a cup that outshines every other manufacturer. I don't know where they got their product dev team, but damn. I'm never not completely impressed with what OXO comes out with. Are they expensive? Yeah. And to be honest, I'm not a fan of the retro colour scheme. Neither of those complaints detracts from the fact that this is an amazing product, and neither of those complaints stopped me from buying a second set as soon as I realized how impressive these baking cups were. Highlights: * About 1cm down from the edge of each cup, the texture changes from matte to smooth. The demarcation is clear - it's a fill line. Whether you're making treats for yourself or as a side hustle, your baked goods will have flawlessly consistent sizing. * The fluting doesn't go all the way down. Baked goods release perfectly from the cups (without the need for any pre-greasing, I should add) because there's less surface area to stick to, and they still have the traditional decorative visual touch that baking cups provide. * The tabs. This is my favourite part, honestly. They conveniently rest on the surface of the muffin tin. Lifting the cups out of a hot tray is a snap; if, like me, you only have one muffin tin and more than 12 goodies to make, this is huge. Tin turnaround time is essentially nil. No more damaging your goodies as you try and fish the cups out (because honestly, most cups are much shorter than the top of the muffin tin) with a knife. These clean up in seconds in a sink of soapy water, or you can throw them in the dishwasher. They're super durable, you can flip them inside out, scrub them, whatever. We've used them in our Instant Pot, the oven, the microwave, everything. They hold up. They work. They're simply great. OXO has earned my brand loyalty like no other manufacturer has.

Great muffin cups. Don’t stick. Use them also for egg bites. Throw them in the dishwasher. Highly recommended
