This is a great product, helps with hot flashes, digestion and mood.

Amazing stuff. I was leary about it but it does what it says it will. My hips feel better. My appetite has decreased. I've lost about 15 lbs so far.

I had serious side effects. I am post menopausal, and my body did not react well to this product. I had constant abdominal cramps, and constant back pain. I decreased the recommended dosage in an attempt to continue taking the product but it didn’t help. It just did not work for me. The marketing is really aggressive. After I purchased the product, I couldn’t look at anything without an ad popping up. I already spent the money for heavens sake!

I have taken these on and off for about three years. When I take them regularly I see. Huge difference in my stomach issues. Helps keep me more regular and much less bloating or discomfort. They are a bit pricey is my old complaint. Hence why I take them on and off unfortunately.

It’s expensive but almost worth it!

update: while this product didn't work for me, it may help you. customer service is excellent as they reached out to me and offered to refund my purchase. it's great to know they stand by their products.i took both capsules every day for a month and nothing changed for me.

I couldn’t sleep at night because my hip was hurting me so bad I took these and I sleep like a baby now and it only took less than two weeks to figure out. This is what was helping me.

I feel better and continue to drop weight while taking this.
