Q: How wide a fretboard will this hold?

I believe it accepts fret board blanks that are 3 inches wide

Q: Will this work with the StewMac fret saw with depth stop?

Yes. I use the Stewmac fret saw with the depth stop on this jig and it fits perfectly. You have to take the depth stop on the saw blade off to use in the jig.

Q: Does this not come with clamps?

It requires screws to fasten the miter box to the work surface. It comes with screw-down clamps to hold the workpiece in the miter box, though.

Q: Does this jig have an indexing pin?

The one I received does. I haven't used it to slot a fret board yet, but I did see that the indexing pin locks with the fret scale template I got from stew mac.
