Optoma HD146X 1080P DLP 3600 LMN Projector

Ordered this to replace an old Optoma projector.Despite what someone had written in an earlier review, I found it be clearer and brighter than my old one. However, the projected screen is slightly smaller than the old one - am sure I could alter this by moving the bracket on the ceiling but too much hassle!

This projector was purchased for a Guild. It is used by visiting speakers to illustrate their talks. They required a unit that is easy to set up, works in daylight and is reliable and portable. This unit is perfect for the job.

Bought this projector for showing photos and MP4 video so the HD was important. Considering this was about the cheapest HD non LED projector made by a reputable brand I could find I am very happy with it.Recommended.

I used this with a large 3 meter screen - and it really wasn’t bright enough for the job. Picture quality was good - but it just wasn’t bright enough. Only consider if you are using it in a zero light environment.

Our old projector stopped working, had to get a new one as you get used to the size and quality of projectors. This one is excelllent. Picture is amazing, contrast adds to the features. We use a sound bar so no problems with the sound quality. You get what you pay for and this is a great projector, arrived quickly and OH set it up the same day. You can watch with the lighrs on it is that good. Highly recommend this one.
