I have used Common wealth reed for couple years now. Love out come of every chair. This large rocker will take little over a coil so buy 2. Worth all time you put in comes out beautifully.

Even though rolls differ from hank to hank, this roll was absolutely perfect and pristine, and worked up beautifully. Mostly long strands. even thickness. I will buy again.

Commonwealth Basket Reed
Top quality, the best reed on the market in my opinion. This is the blue ribbon PLB reed which is well know to basketmakers. I prefer this reed because it is evenly milled and smooth. Both the round and the flat reeds by Commonwealth have been perfect to work with. Prompt shipping in 2 days makes it worth the price for me, since shipping costs with other sellers usually runs more than the reed. I will continue to order from Amazon for my basketry reed.
