I received mine today and it did not have a seal either and the box looks like it’s been handled a lot I also ordered another item the box looks good but also the tube has no seal …. I only ordered these because they are sold and shipped by Amazon I would like to receive a reply from Amazon about why this is?

The box and tube used to say panthenol 5% on the front. Now they say Dimethicone on the front of the box and tube. The texture is very different now and not as moisturizing as the tube that has panthenol 5% on the front. Like the tube with panthenol 5% much, much better.
