One of the best products I take for some creaky shoulders and knees. Always provides relief

I have used this several times to help heal injuries, particularly with my knees, hips, and lower back.It does help some with pain, but I was also using ibuprofin and/ or Zyflammend to help with pain and inflammation, so there was no way to tell if this product on its own is good on pain. The ingredients are all known to help with joint mobility and repair. I have had excellent results with this product for healing injuries of this manner in as fast as 8 or 9 weeks as opposed to 12 weeks or more.

Other products with these ingredients are very large pills, this product goes into liquid and it really doesn’t taste bad at all, and I can feel a difference in my bones.

I do feel the difference in my joints pretty good stuff

The raspberry task is very week. It's too soon to say anything about the health.
