I am 5'5 and 135 lb. I initially ordered the 25 steel boned black one and found that my torso was too short for it! I knew my torso was a bit short but when I put on the 25 steel boned black it covered part of my chest and part of my butt. I returned it! The short torso one fits me a LOT better. I can breathe better in it. Even though there are less steel bones in the short torso one, I feel like there is still a lot of support! My waist is 27.5" or 69.5cm. I got the small and it is a squeeze! But I purposely got a smaller size hoping it would hold in more of my waist. A medium would've been more comfortable but it wouldn't have been too different from my current waist size. KEEP IN MIND: order the size you want your waist to be rather than the size your waist actually is. Luckily for me I was between a small and a medium and was able to size down!

I bought this product about a week ago wore it for maybe 5 hours and it started to be itchy and uncomfortable, these pictures are 4 days after. I have not wore it again since that time. My skin itches and is in hives i’m going to the doctor because it is continuously getting worse! DO NOT BUY!!!

I have a 28.5” waist naturally so i was caught between buying a Medium (29”-27”) or a Small (27”-25”) and I went with the Small since I still plan on losing more weight. It was a bit of a struggle to get it on the first time, but once it was on it wasn’t TOO tight. I think it fit just right, honestly. I measured my waist at 28.5” that morning and then when i took it off (after 4 hours) I measured at 27.5”.Today was my second day wearing it, I wore it for 6 hours and it was incredibly comfortable! I barely even noticed it was there, I also feel like it is helping improve my posture!However, I bought the short torso one yet I still found it digging into my hip bones a bit.

Ok so this trainer is great.... however, the SMELLL!!!! Seriously, after unpacking it I was looking all around my house for rotten garbage and or a fart villain LOL I’m trying to make light of it but honestly I am embarrassed to wear this out in public because I can literally smell it and it smells like a rancid fart and no matter how much spray perfume or anything else I try it’s still there. I’ve hand washed it, put baking soda on it to try and lessen the smell, NOTHING is detouring this god awful smell!
