I love it! The lights, the easy function buttons, and light water noise it makes. Overall, its a great device and atheistically pleasing to look at. I bought this for my office desk as its very stuffy. I bought this diffuser on February 5th and on February 20th it broke. However, I reached out to the company directly and they gave me some troubleshooting instructions and also offered me a replacement. I tried to troubleshoot before asking for the replacement, but it seemed I had a defective device. Non the less I let the company know and they had a new diffuser sent within 3 days. Also they have followed up multiple times to ensure the new device works and for updates. The customer service is amazing, and I appreciate the follow ups they’ve provided me. Since then the new device has worked perfectly, just make sure to properly clean your diffuser.

I bought this diffuser at a moment when I urgently needed to turn my home into a more relaxing space. Between daily stress and constant noise, I felt like I had nowhere to truly unwind. From the very first night I used it, I noticed a difference — the atmosphere felt calmer without any distracting sounds. What really impressed me is how quiet it is. No dripping, no annoying noise, it just works. I leave it on while I sleep and the scent lasts for hours, creating a very soothing environment. The size is also perfect; it easily covers larger spaces without needing constant refills. I also feel more at ease thanks to the auto shut-off feature. I can use it overnight without worrying if it runs out of water. And the marble-style design is beautiful, it actually looks like part of my decor instead of just another device. Honestly, this was a purchase worth making. If you’re looking to create a peaceful space at home and truly relax, this diffuser delivers without any hassle.

This diffuser works very well and puts out a nice amount of mist, even in a larger room. Easy set up, looks nice, and helps the scent spread evenly without overpowering. I also like that it runs quietly, which makes it good for everyday use or at night.

Really pretty diffuser but it’s lacking in clear instructions. WARM TIPS was on top of the diffuser - I set that aside after reading. When I couldn’t find instructions I finally realized instructions were on the back of the card. It is really simple to operate (after you figure out which buttons to press and how many times you need to press. Also, the line showing water limit wasn’t marked very clearly. It looked like you fill to the top and that didn’t work. Took out water to the middle of the bowl and it worked. It was MUCH smaller than it appeared in the online picture. Overall though, I do like it!!!

I bought two of these in May 2025. One for me and one for my father. I did enjoy it for that little time until about 1 month ago. It just began to stop working properly. I would definitely turn on the lights to change while diffuse, would be on for a couple of hours. Well now, I do the EXACT same thing and within just not even 5 minutes, it’s off. I have cleaned it every time I have used it. When I was not using it was cleaned out. I’m using good diffuser oils. It was in a safe space. It was never dropped or damaged. Regardless of those things, it should not have just stopped working like that. I feel like it was something possibly related to electrical function, or it’s possibly just a cheap made diffuser just looks pretty! Sad thing of all— both me & my fathers is doing the same thing!! Disappointed. **UPDATE 1/8/26: after I posted this review they contacted me within a very acceptable timeframe. They surprised me TOTALLY! From all the businesses I’ve purchased from on Amazon, this is the first business that has surpassed my expectations. They contacted me, apologized, and offered me a refund for 2 of my purchases, PLUS REPLACEMENTS!!!! This is a very good business without a doubt. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I absolutely love this diffuser! It was super easy to set up right out of the box, and within just a few minutes my whole room smelled amazing. I’ve been using it with lavender oil in the evenings, and it creates such a calming, relaxing atmosphere. One thing I really appreciate is how quiet it is—you can barely hear it running, which makes it perfect for nighttime or even while working. The mist output is steady and not overwhelming, and it does a great job filling a medium-sized room. The design is also a big plus. It looks clean and modern and blends in nicely with my home decor. The soft LED light is a nice touch, especially in the evening, but I also like that I can turn it off if I want complete darkness. I’ve only had this diffuser for a few days so I can’t really attest to its durability yet. The design is very nice and seems sturdy. It’s quite pretty and looks elegant in my room. I love that it holds so much water and is pretty quiet. Just a very gentle hum. The reason I’m only giving it 3 stars is because there’s no way at all to turn the light off on it, you can only dim each one a tad. That is almost a deal breaker. But because it’s so pretty I’m going to give it a chance lol. I’ve never had a lighted diffuser where you didn’t have that option. And I looked everywhere on the description and I didn’t see that indicated anywhere. I probably wouldn’t have bought it had I known that. The problem is I like to run it all night and I like my room pitch dark. So trying to find a color that won’t bother me has been a little challenging. I can deal with the no remote control, I knew there wasn’t one. But not having the option to have no light is a bummer. I really like this style and color, it fits perfectly with my decor so I really don’t want to return it. But I’ll have to see if I can sleep all right :) I do like that the hole in the top makes it easy to just pop a couple drops of scent in anytime. So I guess, if you don’t use it at night or light doesn’t bother you, it’s great (but again, atp I’ve only had it a few days so I can’t attest to its durability).

Update: The seller reached out refunded my money and sent me a new product. It is working quite fine. I really appreciate the customer service and integrity. Old Review: Not too long after purchase, the top separated from the inner section. I now have to pry it off to refill it. I had high hopes for this, but I am quite disappointed. Not much comes out anymore.

I bought this for my wife because she is very picky and if its going to be on the counter, it better look good. It works well, holds a decent amount of water and matches the aesthetic. It doesn't take too long before you need to really give it a good clean, there is a residue that can appear on the top of the container. Make sure to clean it often other than that, this is an awesome product.
