Is this safe to use for deep frying (oil heated to 350F)?

The spoons are metal so I'd say safe for hot oil...BUT Your fingers would be very close to the oil And the metal would get hot very quickly. I wouldn't recommend it!

You are correct! It isnt marked stainless steel, however the spoon has a really thin layer of stainless steel and it works for what I intend to use it for i.e. food...
