very good for constipation and for after eating heavy dinner meals.

Simply cannot process bell peppers since gall bladder removal and sometimes they are hidden in purchased foods. This works seriously well. But.....it is very effective so try a smaller amount at first. As it was in the cabinet, I used it after a surgery to address a sluggish post op system. I waited and waited and decided to wait no more. One slowly sipped cup and things were resolved. This does cause cramping for me. Unfortunately, I enjoy the unusual flavor of this tea but obviously don't/can't drink it regularly. As with the two other Natural Medicinals teas I have tried I have sent some to relative (lives in the country) for their medicinal cabinet and it has gotten a thumbs up from that household also.

This tea is great and doesn’t make you feel sick. It truly is smooth and works perfectly.

Bought this as a nice easy way to have "smooth movement" if you know what I mean. It works gently and I'd recommend it to anyone whose bowels need a little encouragement to move.
