Gvirtue Replacement Remote Control Compatible with All Sky Q Box, Mini and Silver Box (Non-Touch, No Voice Control)

I will say that Sky could use a lesson from these guys on making a durable remote! Compared to Skys remote this,one is a tank and can be dropped with no notice at all! 100% better than the default remote I got. Functions perfectly, this remote control is now my go to! 100% compatible with the system.

The remote is ok in general but the 'volume up/down' button and the 'source' button don't work right from day one. All other buttons seem to be ok. Update on 18/1/2026. More buttons have stopped working making this remote useless. My recommendation is don't buy it.

Somewhat disappointing. It does control the sky Q box and whan you switch on the box it switches on the TV. It will also control the volume on the TV but unfortunately I cannot get it to switch the TV off when the sky Q,box is put in standby. In fact it will not switch the TV to standby at all. I have gone through the set up procedure and used every code I can find for my Panasonic TV. Nothing works. Very disappointing as it is one of the few things the one it is replacing will still do. Everything else is fine once you find where some of the buttons are as they are located in different places to the remote supplied with the box. We have not had it long enough to comment on durability or battery life.

Very happy worked without setup and gave better quick buttons than original. Strap is very useful but did break quite easily had to tie a large knot to keep it in. Perfectly compatible with roku works super fast as well as app. Seen no problems with battery life so far. Overall good budget replacement option.

Great replacement for my roku express. Worked straight away, no faffing around.

Works intermittently and also won’t pair with my tv so can’t turn up the volume .

This device is rubbish so poorly made that on almost all occasions when you press a button it will randomly click 2 or 3 times. It seems value but is totally annoying

No es necesario configurar nada, simplemente le pones pilas al control y se usa directo en la tele. Me resultó bastante bien. No le falla nada. Y el precio se me hace barato. Es igualito al control original
