The quality of the product is great and the flavor is spot on. It's nice to have on hand to add some extra flavor to smoothies or drinks, or sprinkle on top of yogurt.I have purchased other freeze dried strawberries and the color was still very pink. I needed this for a cake, but it turned the frosting brown instead of pink and look un appetizing. (do a test run for color first, even though I knew it would not be pink once I opened it).I am not disappointed in the product quality or flavor, just be aware that it is not pink in color in case you were hoping it was like I did.I store this in my freezer tightly wrapped. I find that it keeps it from becoming a hard mass over time in the pantry.

This adds a punch of strawberry flavor to fruit smoothies. I also use it for quick breads (strawberry bread and/or muffins) without ending up with slimy strawberry chunks in the finished product.NOTE: if you live anyplace where the humidity is over 0%, this powder will turn into a solid rock approximately 2 seconds after opening the package. I recommend adding a desiccant packet immediately after opening and ensure that it is always WELL SEALED when not in use. If it does clump together, you can break it apart by pulsing it in the blender or food processor until it returns to powered form.

Easy to use with a real strawberry flavor. I use this in baked goods and smoothies and with yoghurt. I keep it sealed in the refrigerator and have had no problem with clumping. I'm reordering right now!

Absolutely delicious but somewhat lumpy/clumpy. I use this in plain nonfat Greek yogurt, yum-yum!

I put this in my oatmeal and it is great. I use a heaping teaspoon for about a cup of oatmeal. (One package of instant plain oatmeal.). Can’t understand the ratings that complain that they can’t taste it. They must have numb tongues. Great flavor with a touch of sweetness. Using the resealable bag it comes in, I seal it without air as best as possible and it doesn’t clump. I would highly recommend this item.
