Customer service
It’s been only 3 months when I bought it. And there is some technical problem motor is running fine and the jars not rotating i don’t know why. I have been trying to connect with them from last dec and now I got a reply that they can’t do anything because apparently I don’t live in USA or Canada. They don’t have service here. I have 2 years warranty but it’s not valid outside America or cananda. Hell!! Now I don’t know what to do.

The worst purchase ever
I only used the machine once and it stopped working after around 3 minutes. If you read reviews really don’t buy it and don’t believe the ratings And I put a one star because that’s the only option it should be a zero…
