An intelligent mix of ingredients
This is an interesting formula. While I'm only evaluating it based on about half a bottle's use so far, the ingredients make a lot of sense. As a man, I particularly like the inclusion of L-Tyrosine, which is an important amino acid (building block of protein) and saw palmetto, which is important for a healthy prostate. Naturally, I would also expect all of the ingredients to be good for what is stated: hair, nails, and skin.As a busy father of three who lifts weights three days a week, does cardio two other days, and is generally active the remaining two days of the week, I definitely supplement my diet. I'm certainly picky about the supplements that I use, so the fact that I'm considering making this a permanent part of my regime says something about what I think of the ingredient mix.For those curious, the pill size is a bit on the large side, but because they're capsules, you should have no issue swallowing them. Per the directions, I take two per day, and because I like to space my supplements out, that's around dinner time.Thanks to Nutri Noo for the review unit.

The recommended amount of time to see if a hair vitamin works well is 3 months so I can't give it a fair review as far as efficiency. Item arrived as expected and the pills were easy to swallow. Thanks
