Great "Battle Rope Poster"! Not only does the poster show different workouts, it also shows the muscle group(s), that are being targeted. In addition, it has the workouts in specific body part categories being worked, back ,core, etc. This poster has the same information on both sides, in a different direction. This allows you to hang the poster vertical or horizontal. It is laminated, so it will be the only poster you'll ever need to buy!
