How quickly will I see results?

As with any supplement, results vary. We recommend taking DIM consistently for at least 60 days to experience the full effect.

Are there side effects when using DIM?

It is normal to have detox-like effects when starting DIM. Headaches and brightly colored urine are the most common. These are expected and should decrease over time. As always, we recommend consulting your doctor before beginning any new regimen.
