Zoom 'm not sure about, however they do work with Android phones

No, the cable is permanently attached to the ear plug.

Does this work on Playstation 4?

Yes, they absolutely do. They plug in the controller like any TRRS headset and work like you'd expect.

Are these the sane as the more popular, warmer colored kz ate copper drive sports earphones?

These have less bass and more vocal clarity. Sound great with classic rock and classical. But not good for rap or edm/bassy electronic music.
