The name isn't as good as years ago
I was very disappointed with bosch. the velcro pad didn't stick to the sanding disc very well. I have since bough generic branded pads and they work perfectly. When you were sanding anything down material kept logging between the velco making the pad useless and they didn't last that long. This is my second no for bosch. They really need to improve on standards as they has slowly declined in a negative way.

The sanding sheets slip off the included pad within 20 seconds of use
The sanding pad is not fit for purpose. No matter how lightly I applied pressure, the sanding sheets spin off the sanding pad without barely touching the surface being sanded, which in my case was polyester resin on a repaired timber window sill. Strangely, I could get the included sheets to stick much longer to my old Ozito sanding pad, even though the Ozito pad was included as a freebie with the multi-tool and was falling to pieces. I think the sanding sheets included in this kit are okay, but the sanding pad (being the reason I bought the kit) is rubbish.
